LOCAL CODE ENFORCEMENT

Elberta local laws and ordinances are handled by the Code Enforcement officer. This position is currently vacant. If you’re interested in applying for this contract position, please fill out VOE Job Application 2024 and submit it to the Village Office.

If you have a concern or complaint about a non-emergency code violation or another issue in the Village, use the Citizen Complaint Form or submit the required information in writing by another means. Official written complaints may be sent via email to clerk@villageofelberta.com, placed in our dropbox at the Village Office, or mailed to The Village of Elberta, P.O. Box 8, Elberta, MI 49628. Official written complaints will be addressed.
