The Village of Elberta provides the following services to its Residents:

• Water & Sewer
• Trash Removal (thru contract with Republic)
• Road & Sidewalk Maintenance
• Parks
• Farmers Market
• Planning/Zoning
• Fire & Safety

The Village contracts with other organizations to provide some services.  These are paid via your Gilmore Township Taxes

• Law Enforcement – Benzie County Sheriff
• Fire & EMS – Frankfort Fire Department  (Monthly reports below)
• Animal Control – Benzie County

The Village has a franchise agreement which allows Charter Spectrum to provide video/cable services within the Village. Complaints with the video/cable service should be referred to the Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC).
