Short-Term Rentals

By local ordinance, property owners must apply for a permit, pay a fee, and arrange for an inspection with a Village official to operate a short-term rental in the Village of Elberta. Elberta permits up to 25 short-term rental units per year, and information on each rental is kept on file in the Village Office. Applications are processed yearly on a first come, first served basis.
